The Live edition presents a third-party live assistant to provide immediate remote interpretation, enabling deaf users to connect and communicate with the service provider. The user is linked to a certified professional sign language interpreter, who provides instantaneous interpretation. Users can access the Live assistant from their web browser, mobile or tablet, or simply by scanning a QR code when out and about, so they are always connected and never excluded.
