For a fully streamlined and trackable workflow, each correspondence is tracked from creation to archive, showing the current owner and all previous owners responsible for each step. berry allows system administrators to set and change the steps that a correspondence must pass through during its life cycle (e.g. draft, confirmed, signed and delivered) and end users can track the progress of any given correspondence in a graphical presentation of this preset workflow. The forwarding log shows all actions that took place on the correspondence, which makes it easy to view the timeline of the workflow in detail, and the system also shows the reminders log related to a single action. All this information is displayed in an elegant and well-designed visual timeline.
