Providing the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) an integrated system that meets the various needs of input/output department. The system is coherent and tied with all the departments in various parts of the Kingdom.

Methodology
- EDGE methodology was used to develop the software (which depends on the work of Microsoft's system).
- The collection of accurate customer requirements.
- Workflow procedures have been revised.
- The definition of the scope of the proposed work.
- Implementation of the project proceeded in stages
- Priority was granted to applications with most value and most vitality to workflow of client’s procedures
Results
All special applications available in our Correspondence systems were provided, and were enhanced with the following (which is not necessarily included in this offer):
- Offline copy of the system.
- Connect with their GRP System
- Special applications for Human Resources self-services, such as leave request (through smart phones)
- Integration with SMS for follow-up purposes.
- Data migration from previous systems to the new system.
- Integration with Microsoft SharePoint
