Executive Staff or Secretariat Employees

Secretariat staff are in charge of preparing documents, arranging schedules, and assembling work items for the executive to review from multiple entities led by the executive.

MApp Staff is a special module that is specifically designed to serve the need to consolidate the received data. The module is crafted to tailor the unique needs for each executive through supporting the executive staff in performing the required revisions and feedback beforehand saving the executive’s time. If any issues or missing information has been encountered; the staff can send these for further elaboration and explanation from the originator entity.

The executive can also give the staff instructions on selected work items in addition to the power to delegate. This will empower the staff with the ability to approve requests or decline events invitations on behalf of the presidency.
